What I ate Tuesday and more

Well it was a rough couple days for "What I ate For Real"!  I don't want to bore you with the painful details but I had a killer migraine that came out of nowhere on Sunday, about 30 minutes after I finished my 5k race! (I have not had a migraine in 2 plus years so it really threw me for a loop)

But I feel almost 100% better today and was able to track my food and squeeze in a work out :)

Breakfast Vegan Shakeology with one cup, no sugar added ,vanilla almond milk (big surprise) and two cups black coffee!

No Am Snack

Lunch I had a nice salad with Spinach, Tofu, Red and Yellow peppers, Cucumbers, Chickpeas, Carrots, a pinch of Sunflower seeds and Red Wine Vinegar with a 1/2 cup of Vegan Split Pea Soup made by Flik and of course I added some Hot Sauce! Side note, Flik is our CAFE at Olympus and they offer FIT food. Sometimes its is not vegetarian, but today their Split Pea Soup was one of their FIT meals and that means, low sodium, low sugar, low fat etc. Its really nice to have Flik do some of the thinking for me :)

Afternoon Snack Small Apple with Peanut butter

Dinner Pinto Beans with Cumin, Coriander  Smoked Paprika  pinch of Olive Oil, and Low Sodium Soy Sauce with 1/4 cup of Brown rice, a scoop of Plain Greek Yogurt, Spinach and Onions all in a Whole Wheat with Flax Flatout Wrap (Yummy and Filling!)

Workouts Over the weekend I did do Les Mills Hardcore abs and 34 push ups until failure on Saturday, and Sunday I ran The Saint Patricks Day 5k with my work and my Brother and Sister-in-Law (such a fun race). I was planning on doing a Les Mills work out later that day, but that was derailed due to the massive pain inside my noggin! Monday, I took it easy and today I did 33 push ups until failure (I think I did more but my Husband begs to differ) and I did HIIT 20 and Les Mills Hard Core Abs. Feels good to be back on track!

Also please be critical if you are reading this and see something that I may think is healthy and you are like "What is she thinking?!"  I also am always looking for new things to try so keep the suggestions coming! and See you tomorrow!
