More typos then Normal... Editor of this Blog is in Nashville

Today I thought A LOT about the scale. How much we let the scale, make or break our day. It is incredibly motivating when you see the number go down yet incredibly heart breaking when that number goes up or when the number JUST WILL NOT MOVE. You know what I say, F THE SCALE! Are you with me! If you are eating well F THE SCALE, If you are exercising F THE SCALE. If you are doing both together.... lets say it even louder FORGET THE SCALE! (lol you thought I meant a different F letter word! lol)

Forget it.... you are doing everything right. Diet and Exercise is the answer to all your problems. Now the hard part is learning what foods to eat and what exercises to do is the hard part. I personally use sparkpeople food tracker to monitor how many calories, carbs, fats and proteins I eat. Believe me, you make think your eating a correct amount but when you track, you will see. PLUS I find tracking a royal pain in the ass..... SO 90% of the time, I would rather not eat the snack at work then have to track piece of candy! BY THE WAY I sit right next to where everyone in the entire department puts all their baked goods, candy, cookies, doughnuts etc that they care to share with the group. I mean I don't even have to move my feet. All I have to do is lean over open my hand and grab what ever disgusting food that is right next to me. I am going to say the F word now, so if your under age close your eyes and move the page down about a couple inches. Okay here comes the F word.... That food really really really makes you Fat! Boy I am Full of F words tonight!

Truth be told,  I do really hate that they put the food there. It is very nice that you would like to share with the group, but PLEASE stop going around wondering why your gaining so much weight when your constantly shoving doughnuts or cookies (the size of plates) into your mouth! I have voiced my opinion on the matter and asked to have the food somewhere else, but everyone just thinks I am the B word ( and this time I mean the B word) and tell me that I should have some self control. If anyone I am working with is reading.... Please offer the unhealthy food at your own desk. (on a side note..... I will not have to answer the question of "OHHH cookies, who brought them in???? I totally should not be eating this!" While they are talking with their mouths full flinging crumbs all over my desk anymore! Can you tell I hate the junk food at my desk! One of my pet peeves is hearing people eat...... and that is all I hear ALL DAY LONG!

Anyway, keep on being strong and eat some vegetables!
