I can move my Legs (hardly!)

It has been a rough couple days for me! My legs were no where near ready to exercise yesterday. I have been  smart and took it easy yesterday by mostly stretching. I have to admit I liked some of the attention! I don't think I realized how much of an accomplishment it was running a half marathon, till I thought about how much the average American walks in a week... only 1.4 miles a week!

Yeah your heard me right, 1.4 miles a week! That is absurd. I hear it over and over and over again all day long with people's poor excuses. I am too busy, I have a bad knee, I am all ready under too much pressure, Its too hott, Its too cold, I don't like vegetables, by the time I get home I am too tired, I don't like exercise. I could go on all day with poor excuses. It is like the old saying, "Those who don't take time for exercise will eventually have time for illness and disease" I have battled over the past few years of being too much of a preacher and it really gets under people's skin! I just keep living my life, doing what I love, eating healthy and exercising. I hope to God that just one person is inspired to walk more then 1.4 miles a week by seeing how much I love the life I have chose! I don't let other's people's opinion of me bother me. I have heard a million times, "You know you don't have to post on facebook every time you work out". I just laugh cause that usually comes from some one who constantly post about how crappy their day is going, or how everyone on earth is annoying them etc etc, you get my point!

I got some mobility back in my legs and managed to kick out Speed and Agility tonight! That is such a great work out! It is practice... and practice only makes you better! It was tough, my legs are not 100% but I did it and I did it pretty darn good! I ate great today and I am excited to continue on this journey of eating clean! Tomorrow is a vacation day for me and my hubby and we are going to go Rock Climbing in Byram NJ! Should be awesome! Have a great day and don't forget to eat your vegetables! Oh and I challenge you to go for a walk/run for more then the average person walks in one week!
