Find your work out Soul Mate!
So far I am loving this challenge! I feel amazing! I have been waiting a long time to try Insanity The Asylum and thanks to my sister and her family I now am a proud owner. If you know anything about me, you know that Shaun T is my favorite motivator! So there is no question that I will be purchasing Volume 2 shortly!
I do believe that everyone has a work out soul mate and if your lucky you will find him/her. Maybe yours is Chalean Johnson and her ability to tell you, that your not tired. It could be Tony Horton with his humor and straight up strength! It could be Bob Harper, Oh my how do I love Bob! Jillian telling you that you can't phone it in, hey it could even be Richard Simmons. It really does not matter, it is who ever you love that pushes you everyday to be better then you were the day before.
When you find this person, you will know it! Trust me. When this person's voices smacks down all the excuses that you came up with in the past and tells you, that he is right here with you.... You know! You found them!
Tonight I ran with the ladies from First Strides for the last time this fall :( but on the flip side I was told about this group of Women who run together on Tuesday nights called Making Strides. They do speed and interval running together on Tuesdays. On Saturday and Sundays I can do long runs with the Lehigh Valley Road Runners.... SWEET! But tonight I graduated from First Strides and got me a new shirt! Yeah.
It came at a cost though. The first seconds of running I turned my ankle in, and oh my goodness it hurt! My foot was numb and it still is. I came home and did my day two for Insanity and I did kill it, but I really think I could do it better!
Tomorrow I am waking up with ZWOW and end my day with Back to Core! Also, work should be better as my friend is back from vacation, so I can get back to doing what ever it is I get paid to be there for! Ha Ha
