A perfect Suprise!

Today was just one of those days that define the reason for being alive! There just may not be anything better then a fall day in beautiful Pennsylvania!  I love a sweatshirt, beanie-wearing kind of day!

I started my day with a nice cup of coffee with my husband, followed by some Insanity The Asylum! I very much wanted to get some hiking in today (my all time favorite thing to do) but the cards just were not played right! My son's dad picked him up for a couple of hours and I had to go shoe shopping today! MY LEAST favorite thing to do! I hate shopping and I hate shoe shopping THE MOST! But it needed to be done. Come to think of it, it has been almost two years since I last bought work shoes. I usually treat myself to a soft pretzel when I do work up the nerve to sho,p but I managed to refrain today! That is right..... I stayed strong!

I chose to go to the furthest away place to go shopping, so I could enjoy the fall colors and breath taking blue sky today.  I had the heat on just a tad in my car, and the windows all the way down. I loved every second of that drive! I had my music on and sang as loud as I wanted!

When Odin and I got back to Emmaus, we drove to meet Matt in Bethlehem. Our plan was to take a good nice walk, which we did, but to our surprise it was the Bethlehem Fall Harvest! What a great surprise and nice time we had! AND get this! I was hungry, because it was dinner time and every where you looked was, what I like to call carnival food! Awe Shucks Corn, Pizza, Pretzels, BEER (my biggest weakness!!!!!!) Fries and and much much more, and I did not have a single thing! My husband and I were planing on attempting to replicate a dish we had on our honeymoon that we liked so much and I did not want to ruin it with JUNK at the fest! Yeah me! The only food we bought was to feed the animals!  Have I every told you I love animals!!!!

So diet and exercise was great today! I am looking forward to work out with my sisters tomorrow! That should be loads of fun! I hope your day is as good as mine is going to be and Please for the love of god, Please eat your vegetables!
